Lumière Hair Studio is a small & intimate salon that is set apart by its close-knit vibe, located in Truckee, California. At Lumière Hair Studio we seek to bring beauty into every corner of your life. Our team specializes in transforming how you look and feel, through our unique process so you can have increased confidence, and a luxurious look from the moment you leave until your next visit. You deserve more than a standard hair appointment. We understand how precious your time is, and value it greatly. At Lumière Hair Studio, we take great pride in investing into our clients — you are more than a customer, you are a valued friend. We promise to listen to your goals for your appointment, always be honest about what is possible, and never compromise your hair, no matter what.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Lumiere Hair Studio we understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request a 72 hours notice when it comes to canceling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 72 hours of your appointment will be required a charge of 50% of the missed service fee. If you no call, no text, no show on the day of your scheduled service you will be required to pay for 100% of the scheduled service. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking a future appointment at Lumiere Hair Strudio.

OWNER + BLONDING SPECIALIST I’ve always known the beauty industry was where I belonged. After a lot of thoughtful research, I chose to attend Paul Mitchell The School Reno, where I graduated in 2011. Since then, I’ve found endless inspiration through continued education and the people I get to work with every day—whether I’m behind the chair in the salon or on location for weddings and special moments What I love most about this career is the opportunity to build genuine, lasting relationships with each person who sits in my chair. It’s a privilege to listen, collaborate, and bring to life the look someone truly wants to embrace. I believe we are all fearfully and wonderfully made, which is why I’m passionate about creating a salon experience that is as unique and memorable as you are. I’m incredibly grateful that people trust me to bring out that inner light and confidence we all carry. That trust is what fuels me and reminds me why I’m exactly where I’m meant to be in this beautiful industry. Alana Ciera is currently on maternity leave until June 2026

BLONDING + EXTENSION SPECIALIST Born and raised in the Bay Area, I graduated from Paul Mitchell The School – East Bay, where I was able to pursue my lifelong passion for beauty and fashion. From an early age, I’ve been drawn to the art of creating, and I’m grateful to now channel that passion into crafting beautiful, customized hair for my clients. Staying on top of current trends and techniques is something I deeply value. I’m committed to ongoing education, consistently investing in classes and research to master the latest balayage and extension methods. I genuinely love what I do, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping my clients feel confident, pampered, and truly beautiful. When I moved to Truckee, I quickly fell in love with everything this charming mountain town has to offer. In my free time, you’ll find me outdoors—snowboarding, exploring the area, and spending time with my two wiener dogs, who are my absolute pride and joy. Shelly Deiro
BLONDING + HAIRCUT SPECIALIST As the daughter of a salon owner and stylist, I truly grew up in the beauty industry—it’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was trained in the Paul Mitchell system, where precision haircutting, healthy hair, and a heart for giving back are foundational values that continue to shape my work today. Whether I’m helping clients stay current with modern trends or embracing their natural beauty, my greatest joy is helping people feel their absolute best. My training has taken me coast to coast—from studying with some of the industry’s top colorists in Los Angeles, to training under Vivienne Mackinder in New York, to learning barbering techniques from some of the best at Derby Supply Co. in our region. It’s my genuine desire to serve each client with excellence, to continue growing my craft, and to honor God in both my life and my work. Shelly works WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY
